Primary (7 - 9 yrs)

In a small class setting (maximum of 6 students) our Peaceful Warriors classes work at identifying what it physically feels like to have big emotions – such as fear, anxiety, worry, sadness, anger, over stimulation – and how we can help ourselves in those moments when the emotions are overwhelming. We aim to transition these skills from class into our everyday lives. Using breathing techniques, mindfulness activities, positive affirmations and traditional Hatha yoga postures in an engaging and age-appropriate format, class is geared towards assisting children in the areas of:
