Healthy & Active Living - Social & Community Health - Mental Well-Being

Mind Your Movements© is a highly successful, evidence-led in-school program deeply rooted in the fields of Social and Emotional Learning, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness and Developmental Cognitive Neuroscience that is facilitated through 5-session, 10-session and introductory formats for K-12 students. 


Upcoming Dates: November 13 - 18th, 2016 * Team dinner hosted and catered for you on November 13th

Location for in-school training: Kamloops, B.C. (participant will be notified of which schools upon Day 1 of training)

Location for additional workshops (Nov.13 - 18th): Double Tree by Hilton in Kamloops, B.C.


November 13th 6pm - 9pm * Dinner provided (this evening only; all other meals are responsibility of participants)

November 14th - 17th 8am - 3pm, followed by evening workshop 5:30-7:30pm.

November 18th: 8am - 3pm, followed by certifications and farewells at Double Tree by Hilton​. Concludes at 5pm.

Cost: $1350.00 +GST per person. Includes manual, curriculums and Sunday dinner.

Upon completion of the program participants:

  • Own the Mind Your Movements© curriculums (5-session, 10-session & Introductory workshops for Elementary & Middle)
  • Have an effective business model for implementation
  • Are included in our Instructor Directory
  • Can join our Instructor Membership program for ongoing mentorship and resources, including use of our branded marketing materials. 

Upon completion, registered participants will receive the curriculum manual, additional resources and videos for review and study. 

Over the course of the training participants will receive additional information on the following:

  • Class management
  • Knowledge & strategies for working with school districts and within school settings
  • An effective business model
  • Applying the programming outside of school settings
  • In-school vs after-school programming
  • 5-session, 10-session Mind Your Movements© curriculum
  • Introductory workshops & special population curriculums

Pre-requisites: Module 1 or RYT200 & CCYT graduates. Professional Development Certification upon completion.
