Facilitating life skills for emotional & mental well-being to children and youth 3 - 18 years & their schools 

Yoga for You(th) with Anxiety and/or Depression (13 - 18 yrs)


We aim to create a safe and confidential group space in a small class setting (maximum of 8 students) in which our students can feel supported and guided in their needs while dealing with challenges faced in their everyday lives, such as anxiety, depression, poor body image, bullying, environmental stressors, lack of self-worth, relationships and more.

We work at identifying what it physically feels like to have big emotions – such as fear, anxiety, worry, sadness, anger, over stimulation – and how we can help ourselves in those moments when the emotions are overwhelming. Class is facilitated using guided discussions, breathing techniques, mindfulness activities, positive affirmations and traditional Hatha yoga postures in an engaging, relevant and age-appropriate format.
